Savinkov Vasily Dmitrievich
Candidate of Technical Sciences, laureate of the State Prize of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of science and technology for 1998, inventor of the USSR. Born in 1950. Graduated from the Mining and Geology Faculty of the Frunze Polytechnic Institute and received the qualification of "Mining Engineer." Currently works as a leading engineer in the "Explosion Physics" laboratory at KRSU and as the deputy director of the scientific and information center of the International Commission for Sustainable Development of the Central Asian Region, NIC MKUR "ARAL."
Areas of scientific interest:
- Development of environmentally safe energy-saving mining technologies, improvement of mechanization means for blasting operations, study of detonation processes of explosives;
- Sustainable development of the Central Asian region, environmental education;
- Software and electronic communication for the NIC MKUR "Aral";
- Electronic and software support for environmental, seismic, and explosive research;
- Digital photography shooting and processing;
- Creation, editing, and design of websites.
Has over 50 publications. Author of 18 inventions.
