Russian. Born in Tashkent, Uzbek SSR. Graduated from the Moscow Power Engineering Institute (1957).
Worked as a senior researcher at the Institute of Energy and Automation of the Uzbek SSR, Deputy Director for Science at the Kyrgyz Research Institute of Water Management, Deputy Head of the Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Kyrgyzstan, Deputy of the Supreme Soviet of the Kyrgyz SSR for several convocations, Rector of the FPI, First Deputy Minister of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic, Head of the Department of Coordination of Scientific Research and Forecasting of the State Committee for Science and New Technologies.
Specialist in the field of reliability of technical control systems and automation elements.
Published over 100 scientific works, including 4 monographs, 1 textbook, 9 teaching aids, and 5 inventions.
