- The veterinary inspection at the checkpoint "Kordai," located in the Kordai district of the Zhambyl region, registered two incidents related to attempts to import animal products from Kyrgyzstan with violations. This was reported by the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan.

In the first case, 1000 kg of duck meat was attempted to be transported in a cargo vehicle. During the inspection, violations were identified: the product lacked labeling, the vehicle did not meet veterinary and sanitary standards, and the accompanying documents contained incorrect information.

According to the provided data, the product was returned to the sender, and the driver faced administrative penalties.

In the second case, a citizen of Kyrgyzstan was found with 32 kg (162 cans) of caviar in their hand luggage, for which there were also no veterinary documents. The caviar was returned to Kyrgyzstan, and the violator was held administratively accountable.
