The ministry's press service reported that the meeting discussed the issue of interim monitoring and analytical assessment of the implementation of 12-year education based on the results of the first half of the year. It is expected that the comprehensive analysis will be based on data from surveys and observations, which will allow for an evaluation of achievements at the initial stages of implementing this educational reform.
The minister emphasized that the interim and consolidated analyses will help form an objective understanding of the initial results of the reform, identify the effectiveness of the decisions made, and determine problem areas, achievements, and directions for further adjustments in the implementation of 12-year education.
Significant attention will be paid to analyzing the professional development of educators, evaluating the practical application of educational programs and standards, as well as the effectiveness of electronic educational resources and digital platforms. This includes studying the operations of the Kyrgyz Academy of Education portals, the Republican Institute for Advanced Training and Retraining of Pedagogical Workers, and the resource "Okuu kitibi".
During the monitoring process, the level of educators' mastery of automated information systems, such as "Mugalim" and "Kündölük", will also be assessed, and an analysis of the accuracy and completeness of the data entered into these systems and used for management decisions will be conducted.
The monitoring will be carried out by the Department of Quality Education Development at the Ministry of Education.
