Requirements for candidates:
1. Candidates must be citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic and possess a passport.
2. A written recommendation from an experienced administrator or leader with at least three years of experience, or from a faculty dean or employer, is required.
3. Candidates' ages must range from 20 to 45 years. The ability to work around 10 hours a day, high energy, and stress resilience are mandatory. The test will be conducted in two shifts, and considering preparation and break times, administrators will work from 07:00 to 19:00. Physical endurance and the absence of medical contraindications (including pregnancy) are also necessary.
4. Integrity, principledness, and fairness.
5. Good diction and a loud voice are required, as administrators will announce instructions in classrooms with up to 100 applicants.
6. Knowledge of Kyrgyz and Russian languages is mandatory, as instructions will be given in both languages.
7. Ability to follow instructions and work in a team: administrators must report to the team leader. Each classroom will have 2 to 4 administrators who must coordinate their actions.
8. Ability to find solutions in difficult situations and show initiative. Various unforeseen circumstances may arise during testing, and the administrator must be able to handle them and take the initiative when necessary.
9. Ability to maintain discipline in the classroom. This is important for applicants to focus on completing the tests, and administrators must be strict enough to ensure compliance with testing rules.
10. No relatives participating in the test. To prevent conflicts of interest, administrators must not have relatives taking the National Test. If there are any, it is necessary to notify the Center for Assessment in Education and Learning Methods in writing.
11. Availability for temporary leave from primary work for several days. Testing in each district will take place over two days, and administrators must undergo special training before the test.
12. Willingness to travel to regions for test administration. Administrators may conduct tests in remote (neighboring) regions. Testing is scheduled for the second half of May.

Selected candidates will undergo a one-day training in May 2026 after an interview and two rounds of selection.
Experienced administrators who participated in the National Test from 2002 to 2025 can confirm their participation by April 12.
