The work was dedicated to the topic "Increasing the efficiency of operation and ensuring environmental safety of road transport and other facilities contributing to atmospheric pollution, with the aim of improving the environmental situation. Development of a methodology for calculating emissions of pollutants from stationary and mobile sources of pollution."
The project aims to create a mathematical model and corresponding software that can automate the calculation of harmful emissions volumes in urban environments, taking into account various factors such as traffic flow characteristics, the technical condition of vehicles, as well as temporal and seasonal changes, including weather conditions.
Council members emphasized the significance of this research for improving air quality in Bishkek and the Chui region, as well as its role in ensuring environmental safety and sustainable development of the country.
The results obtained will be used to develop new environmental standards, monitoring systems, and practical initiatives to reduce air pollution levels in Kyrgyzstan.
