During the inspections of coal bases in Bishkek, commission members provided clarifications to both entrepreneurs and citizens regarding the requirements for improving air quality, reducing emissions of pollutants, and mandatory compliance with environmental standards.

Specialists also analyzed the fractional composition of the coal sold at the inspected bases and found that some of them were selling coal with a fine fraction size ranging from 0 to 13 millimeters. As clarified by the agency, such products come from Kara-Keche and are supplied by OJSC "KyrgyzKomur." The owners of the bases and responsible persons received warnings about the necessity of compliance with the norms.
The environmental and technical service emphasized that similar preventive measures to control air quality and compliance with coal trading standards in Bishkek will continue.
