During the inspection, it was established that the video material was filmed by a citizen B.u.B. for advertising carpets in the high-altitude pasture of Sary-Oy in the Aksy district.
The man was fined 10,000 soms in accordance with Article 236 of the Code of Offenses (Violation of requirements for the protection of water from pollution and littering). He also underwent explanatory work.
“The actions shown in the video do not comply with environmental requirements. The citizen admitted to the violations and issued a public address through social media, in which he apologized to the public and provided explanations,” the Ministry of Natural Resources noted.
