According to the Eurasian Development Bank, Central Asia and the South Caucasus are leading in the growth of warehouse infrastructure in the Eurasian region, and this trend is expected to continue until 2040.

Forecasts indicate a significant increase in warehouse capacities in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan: from 2.7 million square meters in 2025 to 19.6 million square meters by 2040, representing more than a sevenfold increase.

According to an optimistic scenario, the volume of warehouse space could reach 25.5 million square meters, corresponding to an average annual growth rate of 16 percent.

As a result of such dynamic growth, Central Asia's share in the warehouse real estate market will increase from the current 4.6 percent to 19-21 percent by 2040.
