According to the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic, the new initiative aims to ensure food security and create conditions for the direct, justified, and accessible sale of quality agricultural products produced by local farmers.
Starting from early 2025, an agricultural fair will be held every Thursday in a specially prepared area of the "Ak-Bula" market. This event will allow farmers to sell their products without intermediaries, which, in turn, will increase their incomes and enable local residents to purchase fresh and environmentally friendly products at competitive prices.
The Aravan District Agricultural Development Administration calls on all farmers and residents of the district to actively participate in this weekly fair.
