On December 23, 2025, the deputies of the Osh City Council approved the initiative to establish an institution called the "Financial Management of the Mayor's Office of the City of Osh."
According to the resolution, this decision was made in accordance with the law "On Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies" and the presidential decree dated August 12, 2025, No. 264. During the discussion, the proposal of the first deputy mayor of Osh, Adilet Sharshenaly uulu, regarding the establishment of this management was heard. The decision of the permanent commission of the Osh City Council on budget, economy, and industry dated December 18, 2025, No. 33 was also taken into account. As a result, the Osh City Council resolved to approve the creation of the "Financial Management of the Mayor's Office of the City of Osh" and its funding from the local budget, starting from January 1, 2026.
The resolution comes into effect upon its official publication.
