During his speech, Turgunbaev also touched upon issues related to construction in the territory of the rural district of Manas-Ata.
According to him, there are illegal constructions near the "Kapital" restaurant, the problems of which have not yet been resolved.
"Next to the restaurant is the hotel of the former vice-mayor, and the 'girls' are still working there," he noted.
The deputy mayor for construction, Mirlan Kazybay uulu, clarified that the "Kapital" restaurant has a state certificate, but the kitchen located behind it has illegally expanded by 5-6 meters.
He added that they have appealed to the court regarding this matter, won the case, and will take the necessary measures.
The current session is discussing the issue of "The work of municipal territorial and rural administrations of the city of Osh."
Also, the deputy of the "Mildet" faction, Jazgul Maksutova, inquired about the number of children's playgrounds planned to be built in Osh.
The head of the department for organizational-inspection work and local self-government of the mayor's office, Jumamidin Sulaymankulov, reported that initially it was planned to build more than 200 playgrounds, but in the end, only 60 were constructed, taking into account the actual needs.
