A batch of heavy mining equipment has been delivered to the Togolok field

A new batch of specialized heavy machinery has arrived at the Togolok gold ore deposit, where Kumtor Operating Company CJSC is conducting its activities.

According to information from company representatives, the machinery will be used to perform various tasks related to the development of the deposit, which has strategic importance for the mining industry of Kyrgyzstan.



Currently, four Shacman model dump trucks, two Nefaz buses for shift transportation, two front loaders, two bulldozers, a motor grader, and excavators have been delivered to the deposit.

Additionally, the arrival of more quarry machinery, including excavators, dump trucks, and loaders, is expected in the coming days.

Company representatives emphasize that the implementation of modern equipment will enhance the efficiency of production processes and ensure compliance with industrial safety standards during gold extraction. At the same time, the construction of infrastructure facilities and preparations for the start of mining operations continue at the deposit.

Togolok is a gold ore deposit located in the Jeti-Oguz district of the Issyk-Kul region of Kyrgyzstan, at an altitude of about 3,600 to 3,900 meters above sea level. Preliminary estimates suggest that gold reserves may reach 17–20 tons. The deposit was discovered in 1978.
