A stone crushing plant will be launched in the city of Manas.
The plant will be capable of processing up to 360 cubic meters of product per hour. Currently, the construction work is practically finished, and about 60 units of the latest equipment have been purchased for the operation of the enterprise.
The project is being implemented with the support of Chinese investors, and the total cost of constructing the plant amounted to $7 million.
The presidential representative in the Jalal-Abad region, Tilek Tekebayev, emphasized the importance of environmental safety. The plant is built in close proximity to the Kok-Art River, and the regional emergency management office highlighted the necessity of strict adherence to water resource protection regulations.
Tekebayev also instructed the mayor of Manas, Abdypat Matkalikov, and the plant management on the need to construct an additional dam to protect the riverbank.
