Kyrgyzstan is actively developing its flower industry, as confirmed by data from the press service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the republic. Flowers grown in the country are in high demand both in the domestic market and abroad, especially in neighboring countries. The main export destinations include Russia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, and Armenia.
Statistical data indicate a rapid growth in this sector: in 2024, the export volume was just over 13 million units, and in 2025, this figure nearly doubled, reaching 24.1 million flowers. The growth trend continues this year: in the first two months, 17 tons of products were shipped abroad, totaling over 213 thousand pieces.
Uzbekistan has become one of the main importers of Kyrgyz flowers since the beginning of the year, accounting for a significant share of the exports. Experts from the relevant ministry emphasize that the active development of the flower industry in the country not only contributes to an increase in supply volumes but also enhances competitiveness at the international level due to the high quality of the products.
