In the Talas and Chui regions, the construction of workshops for the production of reinforced concrete products is planned. The project will be implemented by the JSC "National Electric Grid of Kyrgyzstan" as part of the reforms initiated by the Ministry of Energy of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to the company, the planned launch of production will take place in 2026. The project will be financed from the own funds of JSC "NEGK". Currently, land plots for construction have already been selected, project documentation has been prepared, and a construction company has been determined based on the results of the tender. Construction work will begin with the arrival of warm weather.
After the launch of the new workshops, it is expected that they will fully meet the needs of the Talas and Chui regions, as well as the capital of Kyrgyzstan, Bishkek, in reinforced concrete poles and other products for the energy infrastructure.
The completion of construction and the commissioning of the facilities are scheduled for August-September 2026.
The implementation of this project will create new jobs and provide capital construction with quality materials at affordable prices. The products will also be used for the modernization of the energy sector.
The company noted that similar production capacities are already functioning in the Issyk-Kul, Naryn, Jalal-Abad, and Osh regions, where the annual production volume is about 12,000 products.
