Kyrgyzstan entered the top 5 countries exporting flour confectionery products from Russia

According to information provided by the federal center "Agroexport," Kyrgyzstan has entered the top five countries that export flour confectionery products from the Russian Federation.

In 2022, Russia set a new record for revenue from the export of flour confectionery products, amounting to $788 million, which is an 11 percent increase compared to the previous year.

Experts predict that by 2025, the volume of Russia's supplies to foreign markets will exceed 310 thousand tons of flour confectionery products, which will also bring in $788 million. This corresponds to an 11 percent increase in monetary terms compared to 2024, confirming the record revenue level from these supplies, surpassing the results of 2024.

The largest importers of flour confectionery products last year were Kazakhstan with an import volume of about $260 million, Belarus with over $191 million, Kyrgyzstan with more than $62 million, Azerbaijan with over $38 million, and Uzbekistan, whose purchases amounted to over $37 million.
