In his address, the mufti sharply condemned the trend of injection procedures, emphasizing that such actions are haram. He noted that many girls, imitating others, "pump their lips" without understanding the possible consequences.
Abdulqodirzoda also added that "undignified actions" will have consequences in the afterlife, and that the sin is the same for those who undergo such procedures and for those who perform them.
Plastic surgeries that alter facial features, including the shape of the nose, were also criticized. He stated that "the body is a gift from God and is not a possession that can be disposed of arbitrarily." According to the mufti, no one has the right to change what the Almighty has created, except in cases where it is truly necessary for medical reasons.
The mufti urged people to be grateful for their natural attributes and appearance. He reminded that "parents could not know in advance what the height or facial shape of their child would be," and emphasized that "a person is created in the best form, and one should strive to improve not their appearance, but their inner world."
