Kamchybek Tashiev, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the State Committee for National Security of the Kyrgyz Republic, received a request for assistance from Eleonora Nuralieva, a resident of Kyrgyzstan, regarding her difficult life situation.
Eleonora Nuralieva, born in 1989, shared that after her birth, her mother abandoned her, and at the age of 4, she was sold for 1500 soms to unknown people. Until the age of 13, she was raised in various families and then ended up in an orphanage, never receiving an education. At 19, she became the mother of her first son.
Since 2020, Eleonora lived without an official marriage with a young man from the same orphanage, with whom she had three more sons (4 years old, 2.4 years old, and 7 months). However, their father is currently not involved in the upbringing and financial support of the children.
Previously, Nuralieva worked in a sewing workshop where she also lived, but in September 2025, she was unable to pay for housing and on September 29, she was forced to seek help from the municipal crisis center "Ayalzat" in Bishkek, bringing her three younger children with her.
Her 4-year-old son has health issues such as bronchitis, dermatitis, and developmental delays, and Eleonora cannot afford the necessary medications. To support her family, she took out a loan for sewing machines but was unable to repay it.
In response to her appeal, Tashiev decided to assist Nuralieva and her children, presenting her with documents and keys to a two-room apartment in Bishkek. Additionally, her debt to the bank was settled, and she received help in obtaining a passport.
