The keys to the apartment were handed over today to single mothers by the Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the State National Security Committee of the Kyrgyz Republic, Kamchybek Tashiev.
According to the press service, a request from Eleonora Nuralieva, a citizen of Kyrgyzstan, was received due to her difficult life situation.
Eleonora Nuralieva, born in 1989, shared that her mother sold her to unknown people for 1500 soms after moving to Kyrgyzstan when she was four years old. As a result, she lived with various guardians until the age of 13 and then ended up in an orphanage without receiving a proper education. At 19, she became a mother to her eldest son.
Since 2020, Eleonora lived without an official marriage with a graduate of the same orphanage, with whom she had three more sons (aged 4 years, 2.4 years, and 7 months). Currently, the father of the children is not involved in their upbringing and support.
Previously, she worked in a sewing workshop where she also lived, but in September of this year, she lost her housing due to financial difficulties and was forced to stay with her younger children at the municipal crisis center "Ayalzat" in Bishkek.
Her 4-year-old son has health issues, including bronchitis, dermatitis, and developmental delays, and she could not afford medications. To earn a living, she took out loans for sewing machines but was unable to repay them.
Considering her difficult situation, the Chairman of the State National Security Committee handed her the documents and keys to a two-room apartment in Bishkek. Her bank debt was also settled, and assistance was provided in obtaining a passport.
