According to the new decree, after the end of the school day, no later than 60 minutes (including cleaning time), electricity must be turned off. However, this restriction does not apply to engineering systems and equipment necessary for the normal functioning and preservation of buildings, as well as institutions where students reside, including dormitories.
As explained by the ministry, the measures introduced are aimed at reducing electricity consumption and maintaining the stability of the country's energy system during the autumn-winter period.
