Regular raids continue in Bishkek to check car washes for compliance with mandatory requirements for technical documentation and the use of city water supply and sewage systems.
As a result of the inspections, cases of unauthorized connections to water supply and sewage systems were recorded, as well as violations of the rules for the collection and disposal of wastewater, reports the Bishkek city administration.
Results of the raids:
Lenin District:
- 4 car washes were disconnected by breaking pipes;
- Sewage networks were blocked at 2 car washes.
First May District:
- 2 disconnections from water supply networks were made;
- 2 disconnections from sewage networks were carried out.
Owners of violating facilities received official notifications requiring them to eliminate the identified violations and bring water supply and sewage systems in line with current regulations within the specified timeframe.
MP "Bishkekvodokanal" reminds that all commercial enterprises connected to city water supply and sewage systems are required to install water meters to account for actual water consumption.
