Cattle markets in Kyrgyzstan have always been considered potential hotspots for the spread of diseases among animals. To obtain a veterinary certificate, cattle must be equipped with an ear tag, and horses must have a mandatory chip. Animals without the appropriate documents are not allowed to enter the market.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in fines: individuals can be fined 5,500 soms, while legal entities can face fines of 17,500 soms. Drivers involved in the transportation of animals are also reminded of the prohibition on transporting and importing livestock without veterinary documents. Violators will face penalties in accordance with the law.
The state service urges the population to strictly adhere to veterinary standards, which will help prevent the spread of dangerous diseases among animals.
