Kydiev has already held a deputy position in the Kün-Chyghys Ayil Council three times in a row, and in the VI convocation, he chaired the council and successfully fulfilled his duties.
His career began in 2008 at the military commissariat of the Ton District. In 2012, he headed the youth organization in the district, and since 2016, he has worked in the financial management of the Ton District, under the Ministry of Finance of the Kyrgyz Republic, until 2025.
He has received numerous awards, including a commendation from the Jogorku Kenesh, letters of gratitude from the government and the Minister of Finance, as well as honorary certificates from the Central Election Commission and the Issyk-Kul region. Additionally, he was awarded the badge of the Ton District and the badge "For Special Merits" from the Kün-Chyghys Ayil Region.
Kydiev has a higher education: he graduated from the Kyrgyz National Agrarian University with a degree in "Economics (Finance and Credit)" and the Academy of Management under the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in the field of "Local Self-Government".
He is married and raising four children.
