Nasiridin Tegin Asylbek Tölön uulu, who is 48 years old, has been appointed as the director of the philharmonic with a three-month probation period. The Deputy Minister of Culture, Information and Youth Policy, Soyuzbek Nadyrbekov, introduced the new head of the team on December 29, 2025.

Career
- 2005–2013 — Head of the folk ensemble "Saamal" at the Bishkek City Drama Theater;
- 2014 — Work at the National Drama Theater named after T. Abdumomunov;
- 2013–2016 — Artist of the folk group "El yrchysy Estebes";
- 2014–2022 — Senior lecturer at the Department of National Instruments of the Kyrgyz National Conservatory.
His creative work includes musical compositions registered with Kyrgyzpatent, such as "Uluu köch," "Chabarman," "Tokoy aralap," "Jomok," "Asanbaydyn elesi," "Biy," "Kerben," "Kyrgyz jol," "Balbal tün," "Jalbyraktar sargayganda," "Sagyndym seni," "Jeginish," "Mekenim menin Kyrgyzstan," "Süyüu jazı," "Jorgolor," "Jarysh," "Bul dünö," "Küü mayram," and many others.
The position of director was previously held by Mukhtar Kyrbashov, who passed away last November after a long illness.
