<b>Anar Baigabatova</b> appointed director of the Naryn Regional Historical and Ethnographic Museum

Anar Baigabatova was appointed as the director of the Naryn State Regional Historical and Ethnographic Museum named after Kaken Mambetaliev on December 12. Her appointment is accompanied by a probation period that will last three months, according to an order signed by the Minister of Culture.

Anar Kazakbaevna Baigabatova was born on December 15, 1966, in the village of Bolshevik, located in the Moscow district of the Chui region. In 1988, she completed her studies at the Faculty of Mathematics of the Kyrgyz State University. Later, in 2022, Baigabatova received a diploma in Library Science from the I. Arabayev Kyrgyz State University, holding qualifications as a mathematics teacher and librarian-bibliographer.

Anar began her career in 1988, working as a mathematics teacher at a secondary school in the village of Ottuk, located in the Naryn district. She then headed the educational department at a Children's Educational Center in the Ak-Tal district.

Since 2010, Baigabatova has held various leadership positions at the Naryn Regional Library, and in 2019 she was appointed as the director of this organization.
