During the trip, he familiarized himself with several farms engaged in the fattening and breeding of livestock that received preferential loans under state programs aimed at supporting the agro-industrial complex.
The ministry conducted an assessment of the effectiveness of the use of these loan funds and their targeted purpose.
"During meetings with farmers and entrepreneurs, issues were discussed regarding increasing the production volumes of meat products, raising the number of agricultural animals, modernizing the material and technical base, as well as creating jobs in rural areas," representatives of the Ministry of Agriculture reported.
