During the meeting, Kasymaliyev emphasized that currently in Kyrgyzstan, over 1.5 million children are studying in 2,170 state and municipal educational institutions. However, the process of transferring between schools is still carried out manually, which creates opportunities for corruption and leads to an uneven burden on educational institutions.

“We have already successfully implemented electronic enrollment for the first grade, and now it is time to do the same for transfers. The automated system should show available places in classes, excluding the human factor in the decision-making process. This will ease the work of school administration and make the system more transparent for parents,” he noted.

Following the discussion, Kasymaliyev instructed the Ministry of Education to promptly develop and implement an electronic mechanism for transferring students between educational institutions.

The agenda also included the issue of creating a unified "Digital Tourist Platform." Kasymaliyev pointed out existing problems in the tourism sector, such as the fragmentation of services (visas, logistics, insurance) and the lack of a single coordination center for managing tourism processes.

“Tourists should not face bureaucracy and language barriers at every step. We need a platform that combines government services, business services, and payment tools in one window — from the moment of arrival in the country to departure,” he stated.

In this regard, Kasymaliyev instructed the Department of Tourism, as well as the ministries of digital development and finance, together with JSC "Tündük," to develop requirements as soon as possible, as well as to ensure funding and technical implementation of the new digital tourist platform.
