As noted by the head of the local administration, this year 11,000 square meters of roads will be repaired. In particular, Asrankulova Street will be updated up to Kurmanjan-Datka and Aliyev Streets. Additionally, it is planned to complete work on Mamirova Street by lowering the road surface to the level of Kurmanjan-Datka Street to facilitate passage for children. A temporary gravel sidewalk will be replaced with a full asphalt concrete surface over a 300-meter section, reported Mayor Zhenishbek Toktorbaev.
Repair work has already begun on Saint Petersburg Street. After its completion, the road will become four lanes wide and equipped with sidewalks. There are also plans to repair an 800-meter section of Kurmanjan-Datka Street and Alymbek-Datka Street. Last year, the section of Alymbek-Datka was asphalted from the residence to the central square, and this year it is planned to complete the asphalt paving up to A. Navoi Street. Abdykadyrov Street, which faced difficulties, has been widened by 50 meters, and 48 families have been relocated. Currently, two objects remain: a shop on Zakirova Street and a woman engaged in selling gold. The housing issue for them has already been resolved, and now there will be a wide straight road there. A boulevard is also planned to be built from the widened Masaliev Street to B. Osmonov Street, the mayor added.
Additionally, the repair plan includes Amatova, Bayalinova, Aitieva, Momunova, Sulaymanova, and Börübaeva Streets. Each of these streets will be about 200 meters long and will connect to the main highways of the city.
