Bekzhan Sagynbekov has headed the youth organization "Ak-Talaa Zhashtary"

A well-known activist from the village of Bayetov, located in the Ak-Talinsky district of the Naryn region, Bekzhan Sagynbekov has been elected the new chairman of the youth organization. This was reported by our correspondent Turmush.

According to the information, the public association "Ak-Talaa Zhashtary" was founded in 2012. The main task of the organization is to unite the youth of the region, develop cohesion, actively engage in public life, as well as organize cultural and sports events. In addition, the organization collaborates with donor funds and implements various projects.

Before Bekzhan Sagynbekov, this position was held by Ruslan Kudaybergenov, who is also an activist from the village of Kara-Burgon.

The election of the chairman takes place every five years based on voting among the youth.

from 1999 to 2010 — graduate of the Shukurbek Beishenaliev Secondary School;

from 2011 to 2017 — student at the Kyrgyz State University named after Ishealy Arabayev, Faculty of Economics and Management.

Work Experience:

from 2018 to 2021 — head of the financial and economic department of the Togolok Moldu village council;

from 2021 to 2022 — chief specialist in the population and housing accounting department of the Ak-Talinsky district statistics office;

from 2023 to 2024 — accountant at the state coal enterprise "Ak-Talaa — Turuk";

from 2025 to 2026 — leading specialist in the Ak-Talinsky district probation authority;

since February 16, 2026 — coordinator of the agricultural census department in the district National Statistical Committee.

Since 2024, he has been actively participating in the activities of the mentioned public organization.
