According to the provided data, several directors who had worked in their positions for more than five years were dismissed. Although new directors were appointed to some kindergartens following a government competition, this situation remains unresolved for other institutions.
Currently, the following kindergartens remain without directors:
“Nur-El” from the village of Ak-Chiy and “Nur-Al” from the village of Jany-Tilek in Kara-Burgen;
“Tereke-Bereke” from the village of Terek, “Aidos” from the village of Ugut, “Aizura” and “Zhash balaty” from the village of Bayetov;
as well as “Boboktai” from the village of Jany-Talap in Togolok-Moldo.
Currently, the duties of the directors are being temporarily performed by the educators of these institutions.
Dinaara Isamanbetova, the deputy head of the education department of the Ak-Talinsky district, noted that low salaries are the main factor preventing anyone from taking these positions.
“The ministry regularly conducts competitions for vacant positions, but there are no applicants due to low salaries. At the moment, seven kindergartens remain without directors. Two to three months ago, the directors of the kindergartens ‘Aizura’ and ‘Zhash balaty’ left voluntarily,” D. Isamanbetova reported.
“The other five directors were dismissed after working for more than five years. For over a year, no new directors have been appointed in these kindergartens, and low salaries are the reason for the refusal to take on this work,” she added.
Directors of kindergartens also express dissatisfaction: in recent years, teachers' and educators' salaries have been slightly increased, and school directors have received pay raises. However, the salaries of kindergarten directors have remained at the same level, despite the fact that the workload has not decreased. Currently, their salaries range from 16,000 to 20,000 soms per month.
