During the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, deputy Altynbek Kylchayev drew attention to several social issues affecting the Jalal-Abad region.

He noted that in the village of Lavdan-Kara, which is now part of the city of Manas after the administrative reform, there is a critical shortage of kindergartens. This village is located on both sides of the main street Kurmanbek: on one side, there are about 500 families, and on the other — more than 1,000.

According to Kylchayev, to meet the needs of local residents, at least two kindergartens need to be built. On one side, where there are 500 households, there is a plot of land available for construction, while on the other side, with more than 1,000 households, there is no such land. Residents are asking the authorities to help allocate the necessary plot.

Additionally, the deputy discussed the situation in the village of Totiya, located in the Barpin rural district of the Suzak region. Local residents have started building a gym on their own — they have erected the walls and covered the roof, but they do not have enough funds to complete the work. Kylchayev appealed for assistance in bringing this project to completion.

He also mentioned the problems in the village of Zhar-Kyshtak, where the Babur School, built in 1980 and designed for 720 students, is located. Currently, more than 2,500 children are studying there, which necessitates conducting classes in three shifts. The deputy suggested considering the possibility of constructing an additional building for the school.
