Recently, a meeting was held between the First Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyrgyz Republic, Samat Janteliyev, and representatives of the participants in the shared construction of the company OsOO "Doolot Kurolysh".
Previously, the activities of this company came under the control of the country's president in response to citizens' appeals, and the ministry was given corresponding instructions. Currently, the management of OsOO "Doolot Kurolysh" is transferring construction sites to the ministry for their complete finalization.
Samat Janteliyev reported on the current state of the residential complexes "Kudaybergen" and "Shopokov Eco City," noting that the preparation of the necessary documentation takes time.
As part of the audit, a detailed analysis of the condition of construction sites, the volume of completed work, financial flows, and contractual obligations with participants in shared construction is being conducted.
The aim of the ongoing activities is to accurately determine the actual state of the projects and make informed decisions regarding the continuation of construction work.
It should be noted that citizens who purchased housing from this company four years ago have not yet received their apartments and have repeatedly appealed regarding the suspension of construction work. In this regard, the Ministry of Construction issued warnings and directives to the company OsOO "Doolot Kurolysh" to resume construction work.
However, due to the financial difficulties of the company, the funds of the participants in shared construction were not used in full, resulting in the suspension of construction work.
