Information about the incident was received by the duty officer of the Internal Affairs Department on March 14, 2026. A witness reported that at 6:10 PM, a woman, presumably of Asian descent (aged about 35–40 years), jumped from the third-floor window of one of the hotels.
The fact of the incident was recorded in the electronic log of the Internal Affairs Department, after which an investigation was initiated.
The investigative team that arrived at the scene found that the victim had already been hospitalized. An ambulance crew transported her to the trauma department of the Jalal-Abad United Clinical Hospital.
During the initial questioning and investigative actions, it became known that the victim is a foreign citizen D.I., born in 1994.
According to the woman, she was in a state of alcohol intoxication and made the decision to jump out of the window on her own, claiming that no one pushed her.
During the search of the hotel room, investigators found empty packaging from alcoholic beverages, energy drinks, and tobacco products. Fingerprints were lifted from the bottles.
Currently, several examinations have been appointed, including forensic medical (to determine the extent of the injuries) and forensic fingerprint analysis (to analyze the fingerprints collected in the room).
The victim is under the supervision of medical staff and is receiving the necessary assistance. Investigative activities are ongoing to clarify all the circumstances of the incident.
