According to information provided by the press service of the Main Internal Affairs Directorate of the Chui Region, the accident was recorded on February 15, 2026, at around 15:30. The Alamedin District Police Department received a report of the accident on the Bishkek – "Warm Springs" highway.
An investigative operational group was dispatched to the scene. It was established that on that day, at approximately 15:30, on the 15th kilometer of the Bishkek – "Warm Springs" road, the driver of a Hyundai Sonata, born in 2000 and named S.B., lost control, veered off the road, and fell into the Alamedin River.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the Hyundai Sonata, S.B., and his passengers, two young women of Asian appearance aged about 20-25, died at the scene from their injuries.
Additionally, one of the passengers, J.A., also born in 2000, was urgently hospitalized with various injuries in the intensive care unit of the Chui Regional Hospital. The identities of the deceased are currently being established.
Necessary forensic examinations have been appointed regarding this incident. A thorough and objective investigation is underway to clarify all the circumstances of the event. After the investigation is completed, a procedural decision will be made in accordance with current legislation.
