Erbol Karagulov, who is 26 years old, and his wife Altynai Mairambekova became parents of triplets on October 25, 2024. In honor of this event, they were presented with a certificate for an apartment in one of the under-construction mortgage complexes in Naryn.
According to Erbol, although they have the certificate in hand, the official decision regarding their property rights to the housing has not yet been received.
The family expressed in their appeal that the lack of their own housing creates difficulties in raising their daughters. “We need a roof over our heads as a young family with triplets. Currently, we do not have our own housing, and we are forced to rent an apartment for 25,000 soms per month. Moving from one rental property to another with three infants is extremely difficult. Therefore, we appeal to you, esteemed President, with a request to assist in obtaining the official decree for the apartment in Naryn,” their letter states.
Turmush contacted the Naryn mayor's office for additional information. In the municipality's response, it is stated that after receiving the certificate, citizens should independently submit an official application to the President's Administration to complete all necessary legal procedures.
Turmush previously reported that on November 4, the Deputy Prime Minister and head of the State Committee for National Security, Kamchybek Tashiev, visited the family where the triplets were born.
The triplets, consisting of girls, were born on October 25, 2024, at the maternity hospital of the Naryn Regional Unified Hospital in the family of Erbol Karagulov and Altynai Mairambekova.
The girls were named Ajar, Saadat, and Anara.
Kamchybek Tashiev presented the family with 500,000 soms and documents for a three-room apartment from President Sadyr Japarov.
According to doctors, the condition of 24-year-old Altynai and her newborn daughters was assessed as stable.
