According to him, "Kyrgyz Petroleum Company" produced 357.9 thousand tons of diesel fuel from 2021 to 2025, while Moka Group purchased only 5,463 tons.
This amount, Tashiev claims, constitutes only 1.53% of the total diesel fuel production.
He rejected accusations that his company allegedly controlled purchases from "Kyrgyz Petroleum Company," asserting that other firms also acquired diesel fuel in the necessary volumes.
Furthermore, Tashiev reported that "Kyrgyz Petroleum Company" may halt diesel fuel production due to overflowing warehouses and declining demand.
He added that the company's specialists are actively seeking buyers for their products by contacting private organizations.
Tashiev urged everyone to refrain from spreading false information about his company and himself.
Recall that the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported the initiation of a criminal case under Article 336 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic "Corruption" in connection with possible violations at OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz."
This investigation was initiated after the publication of media materials from the State Tax Service titled "Oil for Themselves: How 'Kyrgyzneftegaz' Was Ruined," which mentioned possible illegal actions by the company's employees.
According to the investigation, employees of OJSC "Kyrgyzneftegaz" may have abused their positions and collaborated with other companies to implement illegal schemes for the sale of fuel and lubricants. It was also reported that against the backdrop of rising prices for fuel and lubricants in the country, conditions were created that facilitated the extraction of illegal profits by certain affiliated companies.
Currently, as previously reported, investigative measures are being conducted with the involvement of specialists from the State Tax Service.
