In the village of Kashka-Suu, a special commission consisting of representatives from the Chui Regional Department of Urban Development and Architecture and the Baytik-Baatyr rural administration conducted an inspection of the buggy karting facility "Buggy Drom." This information was provided by the Ministry of Construction.

During the inspection, it was found that a track for ATVs had been created in the area, surrounded by car tires. Auxiliary structures were also discovered, including a container and a garage, which are used for storing and servicing equipment.

Furthermore, it was revealed that a cable had been laid for the electricity supply to the land designated for agriculture without the necessary permits. At the time of the inspection, the power supply to the facility had been disconnected. These actions, as well as the use of the land for purposes other than intended, represent a serious violation of the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.

The facility operates without the necessary design and permit documents, which were not provided for its placement and operation.

As a result of the inspection, a written order was issued to the owner, and the activities of "Buggy Drom" were suspended until the identified violations are rectified.

Control over the elimination of violations will continue, and if necessary, measures will be taken in accordance with current legislation.
