The visit of the delegation from the Kyrgyz Republic to Moscow was led by the speaker of the Jogorku Kenesh, Marlen Mamataliyev. This was reported by the press service of the parliament.

At the meeting at the airport, the delegation was welcomed by Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Anna Kuznetsova and other high-ranking officials.

The delegation included deputies Talant Mamytov, Gulnara Baatyrova, Gulya Kozhokulova, Gulnara Akimbaeva, Jumabek Salymbekov, Aigul Akhmedova, Zhyldyz Egenberdieva, as well as the First Deputy Minister of Digital Development and Innovative Technologies Nursultan Kubanov and the director of "Kyrgyztest" Batma Topoeva-Stavinskaya.

On the first day of the visit, the delegation members visited the Moscow school "Marina Roscha" named after V. F. Orlov, where they were presented with information about the testing process for migrant children for enrollment in educational classes.

The deputies noted the difficulties in the tasks and proposed options for simplifying them. They also underwent testing to assess the level of difficulty and content of the tasks.

“Ensuring access to education for the children of our compatriots abroad is an important priority. The testing conditions must be clear and take into account the characteristics of children who speak another language,” said Marlen Mamataliyev.

The director of "Kyrgyztest" Batma Topoeva-Stavinskaya added: “We understand that assessing knowledge is important, but such procedures should not hinder access to education. Our goal is to create conditions so that every child can adapt and learn in a comfortable environment.”

Later, at the Exhibition and Trade Center of the Kyrgyz Republic (VDNH), a meeting was held between the delegation members and representatives of the Kyrgyz diaspora and labor migrants. During the open dialogue, important issues concerning compatriots were discussed. Most of them received clarifications and answers.

“The state always supports its citizens, regardless of their location. All the issues raised will be taken under control and worked on with the relevant authorities,” emphasized Marlen Mamataliyev.

High-level meetings are planned as part of the visit, including bilateral negotiations with the Chairman of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin and the Chairman of the Federation Council Valentina Matviyenko.
