According to the document, the following measures are established:
1) From April 1, 2026:
- The salaries of employees in education, healthcare, culture, sports, and social protection will be increased with the application of leveling and rounding, and a presidential compensation of 15,000 soms per position will be provided, excluding technical and junior support staff;
- For technical and junior support staff of budgetary institutions, as well as civilian and contract personnel of the military and law enforcement agencies, a presidential compensation of 5,000 soms per position will be established.
- The allowance for complexity, quality, and results of work, as well as for irregular working hours, will be increased, amounting to up to 50% of the official salary for certain employees of state bodies and local self-government;
- For employees of subordinate and territorial divisions of state bodies, except for law enforcement agencies, a presidential compensation of 15,000 soms will be provided, excluding a number of specific services and institutions.
- to take the necessary measures to implement this decree;
- to make amendments to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On the Republican Budget of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2026 and the Planning Period of 2027-2028" in the established manner.
4. The decree comes into force from the moment of its official publication.
