The Balykchy city administration has already submitted an application for funding through equity (incentive) grants.
According to information posted on the "Open Budget" portal, the local budget for 2026 allocates 4,951,683 soms, which constitutes 41.3% of the total amount, while the remaining 5 million soms is needed in the form of grants.
Current state of the problem:
The current situation in the maternity, gynecological, and pediatric departments located on the 2nd floor of the Balykchy hospital leaves much to be desired: the internal structures and engineering communications have deteriorated. This condition threatens the safe operation of the facility and compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards, as well as creating discomfort for staff and patients.
