On Wednesday, magnetic storms may occur on the planet, including minor geomagnetic disturbances caused by a coronal hole on the Sun. This is reported by RIA Novosti, citing data from the Solar Astronomy Laboratory of the Institute for Space Research (IKI) of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
According to forecasts, low-level magnetic storms and disturbances are expected as a result of plasma ejected from the coronal hole. At the same time, flare activity remains at a calm level.
We remind you that over the past 24 hours, the geomagnetic situation has been observed as weakly disturbed, with calm flare activity.
