During the night events, explosions were recorded in Odessa and Podolsk, as well as in Mykolaiv, Kirovohrad, and Dnipropetrovsk. It is known that in some areas, including Odessa and parts of Mykolaiv region, there were interruptions in electricity supply. Throughout the night, air raid alerts were in effect across Ukraine. Russian authorities claim that the strikes are aimed at military and infrastructure facilities related to combat operations and assure that residential buildings and social institutions are not targets.
From the Ukrainian side, there are reports of a renewed attack on the Odessa region. According to local authorities, during the work to eliminate the consequences of the previous strike, a new strike was delivered, damaging rescue service equipment. The personnel were in shelter at that time. It was also reported that a civilian vessel in the port of Chornomorsk was damaged, and one person was injured. According to Ukrainian media, the attacks were carried out using missiles and unmanned aerial vehicles.

The Turkish Ministry of Foreign Affairs expressed its concern regarding the damage to a vessel belonging to a Turkish company in Chornomorsk.
