The forum gathered representatives of CSTO member states and other countries, high-ranking officials, as well as representatives of international organizations, creating a platform for discussing issues related to strengthening peace, trust, and international cooperation.
During the event, it was emphasized that Turkmenistan's neutrality has become an important historical milestone over the past three decades, symbolizing the country's ongoing commitment to the principles of peaceful coexistence and dialogue. This policy is an internationally recognized example of constructive diplomacy.
As part of the forum, Kubanychbek Omuraliev, along with other heads of states and governments, visited the Monument of Neutrality in Ashgabat and participated in a solemn ceremony dedicated to the anniversary date.
