The forum is organized with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development of the Kyrgyz Republic, the National Legal Corporation, and the High Technology Park, and will bring together experts, civil servants from Central Asian countries, as well as representatives from international organizations and leading technology companies on one platform.
The main focus of the forum will be on finding harmony between innovations and their legal regulation.Participants will discuss both the challenges and opportunities arising in the context of rapid technological development, as well as the strategic measures necessary to form a sustainable digital ecosystem.
Among the guests of the forum will be experts from Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Russia, China, Pakistan, Serbia, and other countries, making the event a significant platform for discussing issues related to artificial intelligence, digital competition, cross-border data, and the future architecture of the region's digital space.
A presentation of the new Digital Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which will come into effect in 2026, is also planned.
