According to recent data, Russian companies continue to import Starlink terminals and components, which have also been noted to be used by the Armed Forces of Russia in the conflict with Ukraine. This information was presented in an investigation conducted by the Nordsint project.

The authors of the investigation claim that Starlink equipment is entering Russia through parallel import mechanisms. To activate the terminals, accounts registered in other countries, including Europe, are used, which helps to bypass existing restrictions.

Emaross stated that at the time of cooperation with Polarstar Logistics, the latter "was an active logistics agent in the UAE infrastructure." However, later Emaross tightened its requirements for supplier verification. The company explained the discrepancies in HS codes as a "technical administrative error" on the part of the freight forwarder, who allegedly used an outdated document template for auto parts.
