
As a result of the incident involving a submarine attacking an Iranian frigate off the coast of Sri Lanka, 101 people are reported missing, and another 78 have been injured, according to sources cited by Reuters.
It is still unknown which submarine struck the frigate. According to information provided by the Daily Mirror, the target of the attack was the IRIS Dena frigate of the "Moudj" class, which belongs to the Southern Fleet of the Iranian Navy. This ship recently participated in naval exercises in India. There were at least 180 people on board, of whom 30 were successfully rescued and taken to a medical facility.
