This project was implemented with the support of the Union of Municipalities of the Turkic World, the administration of the Jeti-Oguz district, and the municipality of Bagdzhylar, which is a sister city in Turkey.
The monument was created to immortalize the memory of the great researcher of Turkic languages and to emphasize the friendly ties and spiritual kinship between Kyrgyzstan and Turkey.
