Recently, the streetlights in Balakchy could not withstand the strong winds and were damaged.
On October 29, a ceremonial opening of new streetlights took place in the city of Balakchy, located in the Issyk-Kul region. A video recording of the event was posted on the official page of the local government.
According to the provided information, 60 modern streetlights have been installed along the section from the Ethno-Park to the roundabout.
“The goal of this project is to improve the safety and comfort of residents during nighttime. The city administration plans to continue work on fully lighting all areas of Balakchy,” the administration added.
