In Tokmok, the authorized representative of the president in the Chui region, Azamat Osmonov, conducted an unscheduled inspection of the livestock market.
According to the press service of the representative office, the main focus during the inspection was on trading conditions, sanitary state, and organization of veterinary control.
During the inspection, significant violations were discovered, including:
- poor condition of access roads and the market area, which complicates movement for both people and vehicles due to deep layers of mud;
- narrow passages within the market, creating danger for citizens and animals;
- discrepancies in the registration of animal arrivals, indicating insufficient record-keeping in the log;
- issues with veterinary control: absence or incomplete veterinary passports, vaccination certificates, and non-compliance with disinfection standards.
Osmonov characterized the situation as "a disgrace for the region," giving a number of instructions to the responsible services: to ensure sanitary order in the market, widen passages for safe movement, restore full veterinary control, improve the condition of access roads, and create safe trading conditions.
In conclusion, he noted that all measures to improve the situation will be under his personal control.
